CxF st\u00e5r f\u00f6r \"Color Exchange Format\", ett \u00f6ppet XML-format f\u00f6r utbyte av f\u00e4rginformation som allt oftare anv\u00e4nds av programvarutillverkare, till exempel f\u00f6r att tillhandah\u00e5lla information om f\u00e4rgbeteende och \u00f6vertrycksegenskaper hos S\u00e4rskild f\u00e4rg<\/a>n till PDF-filer. Denna information kan sedan anv\u00e4ndas av Bevis<\/a>oftware kan avl\u00e4sas och tolkas f\u00f6r att best\u00e4mma f\u00e4rg\u00e5tergivningen i Bevis<\/a> optimerad.<\/p>\n

CxF\/X-filen beskriver sedan optimalt de spektrala m\u00e4tningarna av spotf\u00e4rgerna (p\u00e5 vitt papper och, f\u00f6r att best\u00e4mma transparens, p\u00e5 svart) och anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r f\u00e4rgkommunikation och datautbyte mellan kund, designer, byr\u00e5 och tryckeri.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r freieFarbe e.V. CIELAB<\/a> HLC<\/a> Colour Atlas publiceras de spektralv\u00e4rden som uppn\u00e5s f\u00f6r alla f\u00e4rgf\u00e4lt som en CxF3-fil som till exempel kan anv\u00e4ndas av f\u00e4rgtillverkare och programvara som InkFormulation fr\u00e5n X-Rite.<\/p>\n
