Indiretto significa che la forma di stampa e il substrato non entrano in contatto diretto tra loro, ma viene utilizzato un supporto intermedio come mezzo di trasferimento. \u00c8 il processo di stampa pi\u00f9 diffuso. Esistono: - macchine da stampa offset a foglio e - macchine da stampa offset a bobina.\" class=\"encyclopedia\">stampa offset<\/a> Oggi si utilizzano due processi diversi: Heatset e Coldset.<\/p>\n<p>I giornali e i tascabili sono per lo pi\u00f9 stampati con il processo coldset, in cui l'inchiostro si asciuga solo con la frusta.<\/p>\n<p>Nel processo heatset, la carta viene inviata attraverso un grande essiccatore e un'unit\u00e0 di rulli di raffreddamento dopo l'ultima unit\u00e0 di stampa. La lunghezza della macchina da stampa verd<a href=\"https:\/\/proof.proofen.de\/it\/lessico-4\/opp\/\" target=\"_self\" title='&quot;OPP&quot; sta per &quot;Polipropilene Orientato&quot;, un tipo di film plastico. Il film OPP \u00e8 realizzato in polipropilene e si caratterizza per il suo orientamento. L&#039;orientamento del materiale si ottiene mediante uno speciale processo di produzione in cui il film viene stirato per migliorare le sue propriet\u00e0 fisiche. I film OPP sono trasparenti, lucidi e hanno una superficie liscia. Offrono un&#039;elevata chiarezza, sono resistenti allo strappo, idrorepellenti e hanno un buon effetto barriera contro l&#039;umidit\u00e0, gli oli e i gas. Queste propriet\u00e0 rendono i film OPP versatili e trovano applicazione in diversi settori, soprattutto nell&#039;industria del packaging. Per l&#039;accoppiamento con pellicole OPP opache e pellicole OPP lucide, esistono quattro standard cosiddetti &quot;prove di finitura&quot; di Fogra: Fogra49 e Fogra50 per le carte OPP legate alle pellicole negli standard classici ISOCoatedV2 300%, e Fogra56 e Fogra57 per le finiture OPP delle stampe PSOCoatedV3.' class=\"encyclopedia\">opp<\/a>L'inchiostro si asciuga quasi completamente attraverso queste due unit\u00e0. Per garantire un'asciugatura ottimale dell'inchiostro, si utilizzano inchiostri speciali ad asciugatura termica.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->La carta, che passa attraverso la pressa a velocit\u00e0 di crociera, viene fortemente riscaldata nell'essiccatore, perch\u00e9 gli oli minerali contenuti nell'inchiostro evaporano solo a circa 200 gradi. L'aria di essiccazione che viene soffiata sulla carta ha quindi una temperatura di circa 250 gradi Celsius e riscalda non solo l'inchiostro ma anche la carta a 100-120 gradi Celsius. Questo rimuove una grande quantit\u00e0 di umidit\u00e0 dalla carta, poich\u00e9 l'acqua contenuta nella carta semplicemente evapora. Questo comporta problemi come l'increspatura della carta, il lancio di bolle o persino una carica statica sul nastro di carta. Inoltre, le resine dell'inchiostro diventano liquide, quindi l'inchiostro \u00e8 morbido e appiccicoso. Solo quando l'inchiostro viene raffreddato in un lampo alla fine dell'essiccatore da rulli di raffreddamento appositamente rivestiti, diventa solido e acquisisce la lucentezza tipica del processo heatset. <a href=\"https:\/\/proof.proofen.de\/it\/lessico-4\/lustro\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"La lucentezza descrive la qualit\u00e0 di una superficie di riflettere la luce in modo direzionale. Se la luce cade su una carta con un angolo di 75 gradi, una carta non patinata molto opaca non rifletter\u00e0 la luce in modo direzionale, ma molto diffuso, mentre una carta molto lucida rifletter\u00e0 molto di pi\u00f9 la luce in modo direzionale all&#039;angolo opposto di 75 gradi di quanto non rifletta la luce in modo diffuso. La...\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Glamour<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La carta, che \u00e8 stata molto colpita dal calore, viene inumidita con una miscela di acqua e silicone dopo il brusco raffreddamento a 20\u00b0 - 30\u00b0 Celsius. L'acqua inumidisce la carta, il silicone assicura una buona resistenza ai graffi della stampa.<\/p>\n<p>Le carte utilizzate nel set di riscaldamento devono quindi essere altamente resistenti al calore, alla perdita di liquido, alla formazione di bolle e al rigonfiamento.<\/p>\n<p>A causa dell'elevato consumo di energia e delle normative ambientali pi\u00f9 severe, gli impianti di riscaldamento sono oggi prevalentemente gestiti con sistemi di recupero del calore.<\/p>\n<p>Riscaldatore tipico<a href=\"https:\/\/proof.proofen.de\/it\/lessico-4\/profilo-colore\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Le caratteristiche di un dispositivo di elaborazione del colore sono memorizzate in un profilo di colore.
