CTF war lange Zeit das Standardverfahren in der <a href=\"https:\/\/proof.proofen.de\/it\/lessico-4\/stampa-offset\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"La stampa offset \u00e8 un processo di stampa indiretta. Indiretto significa che la forma di stampa e il substrato non entrano in contatto diretto tra loro, ma viene utilizzato un supporto intermedio come mezzo di trasferimento. \u00c8 il processo di stampa pi\u00f9 diffuso. Trotz der zunehmenden Digitalisierung in der Drucktechnik wird CTF immer noch in bestimmten Anwendungen und f&uuml;r spezielle Druckauftr&auml;ge eingesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Beim CTF-Verfahren werden die digitalen Druckdaten von einem Computer direkt auf einen Film belichtet, der dann als Vorlage f&uuml;r die Herstellung der Druckplatten dient. Die Besonderheit des CTF-Verfahrens besteht darin, dass der Film als Medium f&uuml;r die Belichtung verwendet wird, was es von der direkten &Uuml;bertragung auf eine Druckplatte (CTP) unterscheidet. Normalerweise wird der Film mit Hilfe eines Lasers belichtet, wobei das Bild auf eine lichtempfindliche Schicht auf dem Film &uuml;bertragen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Der Vorteil von CTF lag in der hohen Aufl&ouml;sung und Detailgenauigkeit der Bild&uuml;bertragung. Insbesondere bei komplexen Layouts, feinen Details und Schattierungen konnte CTF eine hervorragende Bildqualit&auml;t liefern. Ein weiterer Vorteil des Verfahrens liegt in seiner Flexibilit&auml;t: Filmvorlagen k&ouml;nnen f&uuml;r eine Vielzahl von Druckverfahren und -formaten verwendet werden, ob Offset oder Siebdruck. W&auml;hrend CTF im Offset komplett verdr&auml;ngt wurde, ist es im Siebdruck weiter im Einsatz.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgrund des Zwischenschritts der Filmherstellung ist CTF jedoch in der Regel zeitaufw&auml;ndiger und teurer als CTP. Der Film muss hergestellt, entwickelt und dann f&uuml;r die Druckplattenherstellung weiterverarbeitet werden, was den gesamten Arbeitsablauf verlangsamt und zus&auml;tzliche Materialkosten verursacht. Diese Nachteile haben dazu gef&uuml;hrt, dass CTF zunehmend durch die direktere, effizientere und kosteng&uuml;nstigere CTP-Technologie ersetzt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Filme werden heute auch &ouml;fter &uuml;ber Plotter auf transparente Folien gedruckt. Diese haben zwar eine geringere Dichte und sind wesentlich h&ouml;her in der Abweichung von horizontaler und vertikaler Pr&auml;zision, aber eben deutlich g&uuml;nstiger und ohne jede Chemie und Belichtertechnik herzustellen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein sehr guter Dienstleister f&uuml;r klassische Filme ist Helmut K<a href=\"https:\/\/proof.proofen.de\/it\/lessico-4\/opp\/\" target=\"_self\" title='&quot;OPP&quot; sta per &quot;Polipropilene Orientato&quot;, un tipo di film plastico. I film OPP sono trasparenti, lucidi e hanno una superficie liscia. Offrono un&#039;elevata chiarezza, sono resistenti allo strappo, idrorepellenti e hanno un buon effetto barriera contro l&#039;umidit\u00e0, gli oli e i gas. Queste propriet\u00e0 rendono i film OPP versatili e trovano applicazione in diversi settori, soprattutto nell&#039;industria del packaging. Per l&#039;accoppiamento con pellicole OPP opache e pellicole OPP lucide, esistono quattro standard cosiddetti &quot;prove di finitura&quot; di Fogra: Fogra49 e Fogra50 per le carte OPP legate alle
