Suele utilizarse para calibrar monitores o en biolog\u00eda\/qu\u00edmica para realizar an\u00e1lisis. Los aparatos m\u00e1s sofisticados, como el espectrofot\u00f3metro, pueden medir los colores espectralmente y tambi\u00e9n se utilizan en pruebas para verificar o calibrar impresoras, entre otras cosas.\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Color\u00edmetro<\/a> hace brillar una fuente de luz interna sobre la superficie de la muestra de color. La luz reflejada pasa a trav\u00e9s de tres filtros: rojo, verde y azul, que determinan la intensidad de estos componentes del color.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9todos espectrales:<br>\n<\/strong>Una <a href=\"https:\/\/proof.proofen.de\/es\/lexico-4\/espectrofotometro\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Los espectrofot\u00f3metros son instrumentos de medici\u00f3n del color de alta calidad que pueden medir y describir con precisi\u00f3n cualquier color. El aparato de medici\u00f3n lo consigue iluminando la superficie de medici\u00f3n con todo el espectro de luz visible. La suma de los valores de reflectancia de determinadas longitudes de onda da como resultado el valor medido, que suele emitirse en Lab (modo de medici\u00f3n libremente seleccionable de M0 a M2). Sin embargo, los valores de medici\u00f3n espectral tambi\u00e9n pueden almacenarse directamente. Las impresoras de pruebas de alta calidad disponen de sus propios espectrofot\u00f3metros para verificar directamente la impresi\u00f3n.\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Espectrofot\u00f3metro<\/a> funciona de forma muy similar, pero no s\u00f3lo dispone de tres, sino de 31 filtros con los que se miden 31 longitudes de onda de luz diferentes. Esto convierte al m\u00e9todo espectral en uno de los mejores m\u00e9todos de medici\u00f3n del color.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedimiento de igualdad:<br>\n<\/strong>En este caso, se utiliza un dispositivo de medici\u00f3n de tres colores (o el ojo) para comparar la muestra de color con muestras de color est\u00e1ndar hasta que las muestras sean id\u00e9nticas seg\u00fan la evaluaci\u00f3n del observador.
